Fair. But let’s face it: most greeting cards are terrible. These greeting cards are not terrible.
They’re blank inside so you can truly personalize them and not worry about some stupid punchline… likely written by a robot.
The joke is on THE OUTSIDE so you can get right to the damned point. None of this opening the card business and pretending to read the inside. Who even does that?!
This is also a judgement-free zone: Hand over the card and get back to celebrating, or just present the card formally with both hands, bow, turn around, and immediately, confidently leave the event knowing you did the bare minimum.
